booking
Booking was easy and made by online using the ATG website.
I had already registered for their access scheme. They link to a Nimbus account so for easiest access you should register for a Nimbus card if you haven't already. All Nimbus application information can be found here .
Once you have a Nimbus card you can register with ATG and link your card, then when you sign in to your account your access needs will be automatically identified and you will be able to book seats online which suit your needs. The ATG access page can be found here.
Once your account is linked just access the ATG booking page select the show you would like to see and log into your account. Select the show Wicked here. Wheelchair accessible seats are shown with a wheelchair icon. Once selected the seat will appear with a tick, and then you just reserve and check out.
In the Victoria Apollo Theatre the dedicated non transfer wheelchair spaces are in Row F4 and F43 of the dress circle . Row F9, F23 and F24 are transfer only seats.
If you are eligible there is a free carer ticket and an access rate so the ticket prices were very reasonable.
If no wheelchair icons are present try another date or call ATG Accessibility assistance line on 00333 009 5399 but not that you will have to have joined the access scheme to book tickets,
ATG also offer a variety of adaptations and assistances when booking tickets and visiting the venue. Full information can be found here

Accessibility
Access Overview
Access to the theatre is via the Vauxhall Bridge Road entrance and an open stair climber platform lift, Once inside there was another stair platform lift to the dress circle. These have a very stringent weight requirements so check in advance if your wheelchair is compliant first.
Wheelchair users wishing to use the platform lifts are kindly asked to check that their chair does not exceed the following maximum weight and dimensions: 72cm/28 inches width (including push rims), 93cm/36.5 inches length, 23.6stone/ 150kg (wheelchair and patron combined).
At the end of the performance it was easiest to wait for the theatre to empty before attempting to leave as the stair lift to the dress circle blocks the stairs.
Toilet Facilities
The toilet was located in the foyer to the side of the entrance foyer.
As you need to access the stair lift to get to the dress circle seat it is advisable to use the facilities before you attempt to get to your seats. If you need the facilities in the interval and access host will assist you in using the stair lift.
The toilet is basic but a good size and there is not enough space to side transfer.
Access Host
The access was host was excellent. She greeted us upon arrival, and helped us access the platform lift. She even took our drinks orders and brought them to our seat before the show. We had ordered interval drinks to our seat using the prebook link emailed to us fro the theatre but she still checked to see if we needed any additional help.

Seat & View
We sat in seat Dress Circle F22 and F23. This was an aisle transfer seat and companion seat. There are other transfer seats available in F24 and 25 and F8 and 9. Non transfer spaces are available in F4 and F43 although these are off to the side of the stage with a more restricted view. If you chose a transfer seat your chair will be taken down the chair lift and stored in the main foyer. During the show the stair lift cannot be operated.
The seat was comfortable enough for me to sit with only limited discomfort in my legs towards the end of the show.
The view was excellent although it did feel quite far away from the stage.
