Access Overview
The accessible wheelchair seats are located in the stalls and wheelchair access to these is via side door and a stair lift.
The small platform stair lift can accommodate a wheelchair with dimensions 100cm x 80cm with a maximum weight of 300kg. You need to navigate your chair to turn 90 degrees when leaving the lift (see wheel with me for a guide.) My Quickie Q100R managed fine however other theatre patrons with larger chairs have not been able to access the theatre. If you have concerns about the size of your chair you can email or visit the theatre to confirm if your chair is compatible.
Once inside the route to the stalls is easy with a gentle slope. However the aisles are not particularly wide and can get quite congested during the interval and at the end of the show.
Toilet Facilities
The accessible toilet was located on the right side of the stalls.
The toilet is a decent size but not large enough for a side transfer or to turn around.
Access Host
The access host was excellent.
They met us at the front door and held the queue whilst they escorted us into the stalls area via the lift.
They checked on us in the interval and at the end of the show.
They were genuinely interested in feedback of our experience.

Seat & View
There are two wheelchair non transferrable spaces at the back of the stalls in Q22 and Q1 with companion seats beside. They do have a levelling wedge but you may need to request this. There is plenty of space and leg room because the seats are removable however the companion seats are quite tight with regards to leg space. There are several ambulant and transferrable wheelchair spaces throughout the stalls.
The view is generally good if you have a higher chair but a manual chair might struggle to see over the rows in front. .
There is an accessible toilet near Q1, to access it from Q22 you have to navigate your way through the narrow aisles so you may need assistance.
