ARTS THEATRE WEST END
The Art's Theatre was opened in 1927 as a member's only club to avoid censorship and focus on experimental risk taking theatre, an ethos it embodies today. It is located in the heart of central London close to Trafalgar Square, Leicester Square and Covent Garden. It is the smallest theatre in the West End with only 353 Seats.

booking
Booking was easy and can be made by online using the Arts Theatre West End website or by calling 020 7836 8463.
I had already registered for their access scheme. They link to your Nimbus account so for easiest access you should register for a Nimbus card if you haven't already. All Nimbus application information can be found here .
Once you have a Nimbus card you can register with the Arts Theatre and link your card, then when you sign in to your account your access needs will be automatically identified and you will be able to book seats online which suit your needs. The wheelchair space is in Row F of the circle. If the wheelchair space isn't showing just give them a call and the box office staff will help.
If you are eligible there is a free carer ticket and an access rate so the ticket prices were very reasonable.
Arts Theatre West End also offer a variety of adaptations and assistances when booking tickets and visiting the venue. Full information can be found here

Access Overview
We were seated in the wheelchair space section at the back of the circle and access to this was via a side door. We were able to access the bar through the main entrance but had to go back out the front entrance and to a side door to get to the accessible seating.
To access the circle from street level there was a long wide gentle ramp (although there is an uneven joint halfway along). Both the theatre and the circle are accessed by wide double doors.
Toilet Facilities
The accessible toilet is deceptively small, I struggled to get my chair in and access the toilet easily. Although with some manoeuvring a side transfer is possible.
The door and hallway is very narrow and there is no emergency cord.
The location of the venue however means there are plenty of accessible toilets near by in fast food venues or hotels.
Access Host
There was no specific access host most likely due to the size of the venue but the staff we interacted with were all very helpful. When we entered the bar we were told to contact the door staff when we were ready to go to our seats. They contacted another member of staff who met us at the side door and escorted us to our seats whilst giving us important information about the venue and toilet.

Seat & View
There is a removable seat at back of the circle. There is plenty of space and leg room because the seats are removable. The companion seat is located next to the space on a shared bench.
The view is generally good but the top of the stage is cut off slightly. We had no one seated immediately in front of us so the view was very good but we did observe other audience members struggling to see the actors at the front of the stage. Th view would most probably be slightly obscured if the venue was full.
The wheelchair space is a good size and there is plenty of space behind if you require more leg room.
