Access Overview
Access to the theatre is via the main door using a small ramp. Once inside everything is level access from the entrance to the seat. The toilets are also level access. (See Wheel With Me tab for a wheelchair perspective).
Access Host
The access host was excellent.
They met us at the front door and escorted us Ito the accessible bathroom and our seats.
They checked on us regularly including before the show, during the interval and at the end of the show.
They were genuinely interested in feedback of our experience and ensuring we had a positive visit.

Toilet Facilities
The accessible toilet was located off the main lobby to the left.
The toilet itself was a good size with enough space for a side transfer and to turn around.
The only issue becomes if the toilet is occupied because there isn't much available space to wait especially during the interval and you end up blocking half a corridor causing queues. The access host was excellent at helping us navigate the people traffic and ensured that returning to my sea was easy despite the people.

Seat & View
The wheelchair space is E13 in the dress circle with the companion space of E14 next to it with a freestanding chair, `the access host informed us that this could be replaced with a thinner chair if required. There is plenty of space and leg room because the seats are removable.
The view is generally good as the space is located in the very centre of the back row but the top of the stage is cut off by the Grand Circle overhang. Depending on the production and use of stage this may mean some of the stage is not visible if they use high staging. However in all the performances we have seen this has not been a problem.
The location of the theatre also means that at regular intervals during the show tube trains can be heard which in quieter shows can be very distracting.
