booking
Booking was easy and made by online using the Delfont Macintosh website.
I had already registered for their access scheme. They link to a Nimbus account so for easiest access you should register for a Nimbus card if you haven't already. All Nimbus application information can be found here .
Once you have a Nimbus card you can register with Delfont Mackintosh and link your card, then when you sign in to your account your access needs will be automatically identified and you will be able to book seats online which suit your needs. When you have selected your seat on the checkout basket page remember to use the drop down box next ti your ticket selection to get the access rate.
There are two wheelchair park spaces and companion seats in the Dress Circle Row A seats 5, 6 and 30, 31. Level access transfer and companion seats are also available in the dress circle seats B5, 6 and B29, 30. There are also two ambulant seats at the each end of Row C in the Dress Circle but there is one step to these.
Delfont Mackintosh also offer a variety of adaptations and assistances when booking tickets and visiting the venue. Full information can be found here

Accessibility
Access Overview
Level access to the Dress Circle is via a side door on Rupert Street. You will be escorted to this entrance from the front door by an access host. Seats A30 and B30 are directly in front of the entrance and seats A6 and B5 require you to travel around the corridor and through the lobby.
There is level access to wheelchair park and wheelchair transfer seats located in the dress circle.
See Gielgud access page here for more information or click on the wheel with me tab for a wheelchair perspective.
Toilet Facilities
The accessible toilet is located to the righthand side of the entrance lobby. There is no radar key needed to access the toilet so particularly at the end of the show there are often non access guests attempting to use the toilet. Access staff are very good at ensuring the access pardons get priority use.
The toilet is a good size with the ability to side transfer.
Access Host
The access host was excellent.
They met us at the front door and held the queue whilst they escorted us into the stalls area via the lift.
They checked on us in the interval and at the end of the show.
They were genuinely interested in feedback of our experience.

Seat & View
There are two wheelchair park spaces and companion seats in the Dress Circle Row A seats 5, 6 and 30, 31. Level access transfer and companion seats are also available in the dress circle seats B5, 6 and B29, 30. There are also two ambulant seats at the each end of Row C in the Dress Circle but there is one step to these.
Most performances we have seen have been from the wheelchair park in seat A30, 31 which although advertised as a side view has been excellent and has enabled the whole stage to be shown. However for the production of Oliver they have placed a low hanging light (see image below) which completely restricts the view of one of the two spaces in this area. The transfer seats are better but also have a restricted view due to the safety rail.
