booking
Booking was easy and made by online using the ATG website.
I had already registered for their access scheme. They link to a Nimbus account so for easiest access you should register for a Nimbus card if you haven't already. All Nimbus application information can be found here .
Once you have a Nimbus card you can register with ATG and link your card, then when you sign in to your account your access needs will be automatically identified and you will be able to book seats online which suit your needs. The ATG access page can be found here.
Once your account is linked just access the ATG booking page select the show you would like to see and log into your account. Select the show here. Wheelchair accessible seats are shown in Row E of the Dressl Circle with a wheelchair icon, if no wheelchair icon is visible check another date. Once selected the seat will appear with a tick, and then you just reserve and check out. If you require further support you can contact ATG Accessibility assistance line on 00333 009 5399.
In the Harold Pinter Theatre the dedicated non transfer wheelchair spaces are in Dress Circle Row E4 and E17 with companion seats in E3 and E18 respectively. If you wish to transfer out of your chair the end of aisle in Row F or Row E in the dress circle would be advised.
If you are eligible there is a free carer ticket and an access rate so the ticket prices were very reasonable.
ATG also offer a variety of adaptations and assistances when booking tickets and visiting the venue. Full information can be found here

Accessibility
Access Overview
Access to the lobby and Dress circle is via a side door and ramp on Oxendon Street with the main entrance on Panton Street. The door is labelled Royal Circle and Balcony Entrance.
The ramp into the building is manageable but the turn is quite tight at the end of the ramp (See wheel with me) so you might benefit from assistance.
Once inside its level access to the seat and toilet. The lobby can get very busy and crowded so the access host is invaluable at clearing a path through the crowd to the accessible toilet and your seats. When accessing the wheelchair space a ramp is placed over the top stairs to make it level access. When exiting the space this needs to be put in place by an access host.

Access Host
The access host was excellent.
They met us at the front door, escorted us to the side entrance and helped us into our seat when we were ready.
They checked on us in the interval and at the end of the show.
They were genuinely interested in feedback of our experience.
Toilet Facilities
The accessible toilet was located off the lobby at the far side to the accessible entrance. The toilet has a long corridor which has on occasion been blocked with bins which required moving and or manoeuvring around.
However the toilet is not very wide and it's not possible to side transfer.

Seat & View
In the Harold Pinter Theatre there are two dedicated non transfer wheelchair spaces are in Dress Circle Row E4 and E17 with companion seats in E3 and E18 respectively. If you wish to transfer out of your chair the end of aisle in Row F or Row E in the dress circle would be advised.
The view from seat E4 is good, having seen several productions you can see the whole stage. There is also no one behind you and there is another space to allow the two other patrons into seats E1 and E2 without any disturbance. There is also plenty of leg room.
Due to the necessity of a stair levelling ramp you are only able to exit this seat during the interval or end of performance not mid show.
