Accessibility
Access Overview
Accessible access to the theatre is via a side door on Charles II Street which goes straight into the stalls so you miss the lobby. An access host will escort you from the front of the theatre to the side door.
The bar is not accessible and there is no option to order drinks to your seat however when I visited the access host got all refreshments for us.
Toilet Facilities
The toilet was located very near to the wheelchair space in the accessible entrance corridor off the stalls which meant only access patrons had access to it.
The toilet was on the smaller size with no turning space. It would be difficult to side transfer.
Access Host
The access host was excellent, by far the best we have experienced.
They showed us to our seats and showed us the accessible toilet which is located in a corridor off the stalls.
They got all our refreshments before the show and during the interval.
At the end they escorted us out.
The care, consideration, effort and genuine love for the show was way above even the normal high standard of London Theatres.

Seat & View
The Wheelchair non transfer spaces are E7,8, J7,8 and M7,8. According to the website Row E or Row M are the most spacious. Any aisle seat on the right of the theatre can be used as a transfer seat.
Despite being to the side, the view from both E7 and J7 is excellent. E7 is closer to the stage but the stage left is restricted for a couple of moments, whereas the chandelier is clearer from E7
.
The seat behind the wheelchair space is removed which meant that the higher backed chair was not obstructing the view of any other patrons.
The staging of the show meant that from the space I could see 99.9% of the show.
