booking
Booking was easy and made by online using the ATG website.
I had already registered for their access scheme. They link to a Nimbus account so for easiest access you should register for a Nimbus card if you haven't already. All Nimbus application information can be found here .
Once you have a Nimbus card you can register with ATG and link your card, then when you sign in to your account your access needs will be automatically identified and you will be able to book seats online which suit your needs. The ATG access page can be found here.
Once your account is linked just access the ATG booking page select the show you would like to see and log into your account. Select the show here. Wheelchair accessible seats are shown with a wheelchair icon, if no wheelchair icon is visible check another date. Once selected the seat will appear with a tick, and then you just reserve and check out. If you require further support you can contact ATG Accessibility assistance line on 00333 009 5399.
In the Lyceum Theatre there are six dedicated non transfer wheelchair spaces are in the stalls Row ZA with accompanying companion seats. If you wish to transfer out of your chair the row R seats 2-11 and 37-46 are advised.

Accessibility
Access Overview
Access to the theatre is via a door to the side of the main entrance which is level. There is a gentle slope which leads to the stalls and the non transfer/ transfer seats. If you are choosing to transfer your wheelchair will be stored away from the auditorium.
You can order your drinks to your seat using the ATG app which is helpful.
Toilet Facilities
There are two accessible toilets located in the corridor as you enter and exit the theatre. It was quite tight and you would struggle to side transfer.
When we attended there was a large school group and we were last out as we had to wait for my chair. The state of the accessible toilets after 30 schoolboys had used them was disgusting. I'm not sure what the solution is but it was not acceptable.
Access Host
The access host was excellent.
They met us at the front door and they escorted us into the stalls via the side door.
They checked on us in the interval and at the end of the show.
Seat & View
In the Lyceum Theatre there are six dedicated non transfer wheelchair spaces are in the stalls Row ZA with accompanying companion seats. If you wish to transfer out of your chair the row R seats 2-11 and 37-46 are advised.
We have chosen to sit in Row R 37,38 because we have visited with children and the non transfer seats are only available for two. However I found the seat incredibly uncomfortable and needed an extra cushion when I revisited.
The view however is really incredible and being on the aisle you have lots of additional leg space.
