booking
Booking was easy and made by online using the ATG website.
I had already registered for their access scheme. They link to a Nimbus account so for easiest access you should register for a Nimbus card if you haven't already. All Nimbus application information can be found here .
Once you have a Nimbus card you can register with ATG and link your card, then when you sign in to your account your access needs will be automatically identified and you will be able to book seats online which suit your needs. The ATG access page can be found here.
Once your account is linked just access the ATG booking page select the show you would like to see and log into your account. Select the show here. Wheelchair accessible seats are shown with a wheelchair icon, if no wheelchair icon is visible check another date. Once selected the seat will appear with a tick, and then you just reserve and check out. If you require further support you can contact ATG Accessibility assistance line on 00333 009 5399.
At the Piccadilly Theatre the dedicated non transfer wheelchair space are in Stalls D23 (companion seat D23), K29 (companion seat D28) and N28 (companion seat N27). If you wish to transfer out of your chair the dedicated space is in the circle A30 (companion seat A29), however the end of the aisles in in the stalls on the left side are all level access so if there are no other spaces available call the accessibility assistance line and discuss this option with them.

Accessibility
Access Overview
We were seated in the stalls and access to this was via a side door still via a small platform lift.
The lift is a good size and comfortably fitted my Quickie Q100, companion and access host although heavier wheelchairs may need to access the lift without a companion.
The door to this area is onto the main road and the box is locked form the outside. This area used to be a box and we were unable to open the box from the inside. It has now been redesigned to be open into the stalls making emergency evacuation easier and making you feel more included in the performance.
Toilet Facilities
The accessible toilet is located in a bar area at the side of the stalls, next to the wheelchair spaces. The bar area is quite small and can get congested at intervals especially if there is more than one wheelchair user. It was a good size with space to side transfer.
Access Host
The access host was excellent.
They met us at the front door and held the queue whilst they escorted us into the stalls area via the lift.
They checked on us in the interval and escorted us out at the end of the show.
They were also helpful in clearing the way to the bathroom at the interval.

Seat & View
At the Piccadilly Theatre the dedicated non transfer wheelchair space are in Stalls D23 (companion seat D23), K29 (companion seat D28) and N28 (companion seat N27). If you wish to transfer out of your chair the dedicated space is in the circle A30 (companion seat A29), however the end of the aisles in in the stalls on the left side are all level access so if there are no other spaces available call the accessibility assistance line and discuss this option with them.
The wheelchair park is a good size because they remove two standard chairs to accommodate the wheelchair. The view from all three wheelchair park positions excellent (only about two minutes from the show are hidden on far stage right). Row D is very close to the action but you don't miss anything. Row K is next to a corridor frequently used by performers during the show so it can be a bit noisy and distracting.
