Booking was easy and made by online using the Delfont Macintosh website.
I had already registered for their carer scheme. They link to a Nimbus account so for easiest access you should register for a Nimbus card if you haven't already. All Nimbus application information can be found here .
Once you have a Nimbus card you can register with Delfont Mackintosh and link your card, then when you sign in to your account your access needs will be automatically identified and you will be able to book seats online which suit your needs..
There are non transfer seats in stalls row U seat 38 with companion seat 37 and row T seat 40 and 41. Wheelchair transfer seats are identified as Row J transfer seat 34 and 35.

Accessibility
Access Overview
Entrance to the theatre is level access from the street. The lobby area can get very busy and congested before the show and after the show so it may be beneficial to leave slightly before or after the main crowds.
From the lobby the stalls are located directly in front. For Rows U and T they are at entrance level and Row J is down a gentle slope.
Wheelchairs are stored in the lobby area during the performance if you chose to transfer.
Toilet Facilities
The accessible toilet was located at the level below the stalls by the bar and required lift access.
The access host assisted us in using the lift to access the bathrooms but as they are located next to other toilets the area became very busy during the interval and at the end of the show.
Access Host
The access host was excellent.
They met us at the front door and held the queue whilst they escorted us into the stalls area. They also escorted us to and from the bathrooms via the lift.
They checked on us in the interval and at the end of the show.
They were genuinely interested in feedback of our experience.

Seat & View
There are two wheelchair park spaces at the back of the theatre Row U (37,38) and Row T (40,41). There is also a designated transfer space in Row J with extra leg room although any aisle seat on the left side of the theatre could potentially be a transfer seat.
The rake of the seats isn't great and even in a high backed power chair in the back rows U and T your view is significantly compromised by anyone in front of you. The transfer seat in Row J has an aisle in front of it making the view significantly better.
