booking
Booking was easy and made by online using the ATG website, click here for direct link .
I had already registered for their carer scheme. They link to a Nimbus account so for easiest access you should register for a Nimbus card if you haven't already. All Nimbus application information can be found here .
Once you have a Nimbus card you can register with ATG and link your card, then when you sign in to your account your access needs will be automatically identified and you will be able to book seats online which suit your needs. The ATG access page can be found here.
Once your account is linked just access the ATG booking page select the show you would like to see and log into your account. Wheelchair accessible seats are shown with a wheelchair icon. Once selected the seat will appear with a tick, and then you just reserve and check out.
At the Savoy theatre there is one dedicated wheelchair space the Dress Circle seats FA1 and FA2. This is a large space for a wheelchair and companion. This is the only space with complete level access. All other transferrable seats have a minimum of 2-3 steps.
Due to the limited wheelchair spaces if no wheelchair icons are present then the date has probably sold out, so try another date or call ATG Accessibility assistance line on 00333 009 5399 but not that you will have to have joined the access scheme to book tickets,
ATG also offer a variety of adaptations and assistances when booking tickets and visiting the venue. Full information can be found here

Accessibility
Access Overview
Access to the theatre is a little bit more problematic than most due to there being not lift in the theatre. To access the dress circle you need to preset at the entrance to the theatre on Savoy Court. You will then be escorted around to the back entrance at Carting Lane. This is about a five to ten minute walk (see directions and images below) and does involve steep gradients. Once inside it is level access to the wheelchair seating at the opposite side of the circle.

Toilet Facilities
The accessible toilet was located in the bar area at the bottom of the stairs leading to the ladies toilets. The space is very tight and there is limited maneuverability available once inside the toilet. There is also the added difficulty of the ladies toilet queue often blocking the corridor and other patrons using the facility due to the length of the ladies queue.
Another issue we encountered was returning to our seats. during the interval. We quickly accessed the toilet before the queues arrived but the corridor is too narrow to wait until the volume of people reduces so we had a very difficult time making it back to the wheelchair space. It would have been helpful to have an access host or usher helping to guide us back to our space (which was right by the door).
Access Host
Every access host we have experienced at the Savoy has been excellent.
They met us at the front door and escorted us round to the accessible entrance and helped us leave at the end of the performance. It would be helpful to have bathroom assistance in the interval but besides that there are no areas of improvement.
Seat & View
There is only one level access seat at the Savoy Theatre in area FA in Dress Circle. Seating in Row F and G are available but will require going down 2-3 shallow steps.
FA is an open box to the side of the Dress Circle with space to remain in your wheelchair and there is a free standing seat for companions.
The view from FA1 and FA2 is good with only the extreme stage left not being visible but this is not usually a problem.
