Booking was easy and made by online using the Delfont Macintosh website.
I had already registered for their carer scheme. They link to a Nimbus account so for easiest access you should register for a Nimbus card if you haven't already. All Nimbus application information can be found here .
Once you have a Nimbus card you can register with Delfont Mackintosh and link your card, then when you sign in to your account your access needs will be automatically identified and you will be able to book seats online which suit your needs..
Non transfer seats are available in the Schonberg Loge which are advertised as a side view. Transfer seats are locate din Dress Circle Row D2, 3 and accessible seats (via a step or two) are also in the Dress Circle Row E 1,2,28,29 and Row F 1,2,28,29.

Access Overview
Wheelchair access to the theatre is around the side on Wardour Street. An access host will greet you at the main entrance and take you round. Once inside the accessible transfer seat and Schonberg Loge are directly in front on you. If you chose to transfer your chair will be kept in the lobby. Access staff are happy to move manual chairs but request that electric chairs are operated by your companion.
Toilet Facilities
The accessible toilet was located in the lobby down a gentle slope from the wheelchair spaces. It was a fair size and you are able to side transfer. I needed assistance closing the door because it is slightly uphill but staff were more than happy to assist.
Access Host
The access host was excellent despite being incredibly busy they frequently checked in on us and make sure we were looked after. During the interval they assisted with access to the toilet facilities and helped us exit after the performance.

Seat & View
Non transfer seats are available in the Schonberg Loge which are advertised as a side view. Transfer seats are located in Dress Circle Row D2, 3 and accessible seats (via a step or two) are also in the Dress Circle Row E 1,2,28,29 and Row F 1,2,28,29.
We sat in transfer seats D2 and D3. The transfer was easy and the seat (with a little extra cushion) was fine of the whole performance. The view was very good, a couple of moments were blocked by the safety rail but it didn't detract from the overall experience. I would choose these seats again over the wheelchair park which has a much more side on view.
