Accessibility
Access Overview
Step free Accessible access is around the side of the theatre at the side door. From here you enter into the gift shop and main theatre lobby. If you are sat on the left side of the theatre there is a corridor immediately to you left which leads to an accessible toilet and stalls entrance. If you are seated on the right side you need to navigate the busy lobby to get to the corridor on the opposite side. There is a lift if you are accessing the Royal Circle or Grand Circle.
Access is either flat or gently sloping throughout the theatre. If you are transferring out of your chair it may be placed in the corridor if there is no space in the theatre. On two separate occasions despite being told the chair would be observed my carer found it with bottles, cans and glasses left on it.
Access Host
The access host team are excellent.
They meet us at the side door and escorted us into the stalls and to our seats. If navigating across the aisle they are very good at helping to clear a path.
They offered to get us drinks and programme to save us trying to queue and checked on us in the interval and at the end of the show.
They were genuinely interested in feedback of our experience.

Toilet Facilities
In the stalls there are two accessible toilets located at either side of the stalls. Both are of a good side and suitable for side transfer if necessary. These often get very busy before, after and during the interval so be prepared for a wait.

Seat & View
There are a plethora of accessible seats at the theatre, some of which are better than others in our opinion.
