TOILET
The accessible toilet was located at the end of a corridor by the lift access. This was hidden away from the normal toilets so was not used by anyone apart from access patrons. However the corridor to access the toilet also houses the regular toilets and can become congested and blocked especially during the interval or at the end of the show.
The toilet was a good size and suitable for a side transfer.

Access
Know Before You Go
The lift has size restrictions . The wheelchair must not exceed the following dimensions: 73cm wide and 123cm deep. The corridor leading form the lift to the stalls involves a tight restricted turn. You can borrow a theatre wheelchair but need to book this in advance
ENTRY
ONCE INSIDE
EXIT
Arrive at the main entrance on Parker Street. An access host will guide you outside and around to the Stage Door on Parker Mews. Access to the theatre is via a side alley, steep ramp and lift. An access host will meet you at the front of the theatre and escort you to the wheelchair spaces. The lift is quite small but manageable. When you exit the lift you need to negotiate a very tight corridor with a turn midway.
Once through the corridor the accessible toilet is directly in front and another corridor leads to the stalls where the wheelchair spaces are level access.
The corridor past the toilets gets very busy at the end. If you can, leave promptly or wait until after the crowds have left
Access Host
This venue has an access host who will greet you at the main door. They will escort you up via the lift and show you to your seats. They do not offer assistance at the interval unless specifically requested.
