Know Before You Go
The lift is tight and angled at the stalls level which means you have to reverse at an angle. Its tricker than it sounds! Mobility Scooters are not permitted.
ENTRY
ONCE INSIDE
EXIT
Entry to the lobby is virtually level via a very small permanent ramp.
A manager will accompany you in the lift to the stalls but this lift has strict parameters. Wheelchairs must be maximum width of 25” (65 cm), length of 43” (110 cm), and maximum total weight of 225 kg (including occupant)
It can get very busy at the end of a show so it is advisable to wait until the lower bar area and upper lobby have cleared.
Access Host
This venue has an access host who will greet you at the door, show you to your seats and offer help and assistance throughout the show.
